General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the sxs6s platform and all its services. By accessing the sxs6s.bar website, creating an account, or using any game or service, the user ("you" or "member") is deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

sxs6s is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides Bangladeshi users with live casino, slots, cricket betting, fishing games, and various other gaming experiences. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to members residing in Bangladesh.

If you have difficulty reading or understanding these Terms, please contact our support team. If you disagree with the Terms, stop using the platform immediately.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the sxs6s website, application, and all associated services.
  • "Member" refers to any registered individual who has created an account on the platform.
  • "Gaming Funds" refers to the money deposited in a member's account.
  • "Bonus" refers to a promotional amount provided by the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use sxs6s services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Conditions

  • Each member may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Name, address, mobile number, and other identifying details must be genuine.
  • sxs6s reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information.
  • Multiple accounts may not be operated from a specific IP address or device.

2.3 One Account per Household

Members of the same household (those living at the same address) may generally not open more than one account, especially when claiming bonuses. If in doubt, please contact the support team.

Account Security & Verification

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You should not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.

If you believe your account security has been compromised, go to sxs6s Login immediately to change your password and notify our support team.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

sxs6s may request documents to verify a member's identity at any time. These may include:

  • A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport
  • Mobile banking account verification
  • Proof of address document

Failure to provide documents may result in a temporary account suspension and withdrawal holds.

3.3 SSL Security

sxs6s uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transactions and personal data. Our platform operates exclusively over secure connections.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sxs6s currently processes transactions through the following mobile banking methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
  • Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
  • Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 — applicable for all methods.
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 — applicable for all methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a withdrawal request is approved, funds generally reach the member's mobile wallet within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Delays may occur for accounts undergoing verification.

4.4 Transaction Validity

  • Members must use their own mobile banking account.
  • Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same — withdrawals to a different method may not be approved.
  • sxs6s reserves the right to suspend processing of suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

sxs6s offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

  • ৳1,000 deposited → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
  • ৳22,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each member may claim the bonus only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
  • If false information is used when claiming a bonus, or if a claim is made from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be forfeited.
  • sxs6s reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.
  • Wagering may not apply to certain games or game categories — please check the latest promotions page.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

sxs6s provides regular weekly cashback across four VIP tiers:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
  • Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP tier progression depends on a member's regular activity and account history. Cashback is added to the account automatically.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the sxs6s platform are operated impartially and transparently. We use games from reputable providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and other established software providers.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, network disruption, or server issue, sxs6s will make a decision after a proper investigation. The service may be temporarily unavailable during routine system maintenance.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has specific minimum and maximum bet limits displayed in the game lobby. Separate limits may apply when using bonus funds.

6.4 Sports Betting

sxs6s offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The outcome of all bets depends on the official result of the relevant event. sxs6s reserves the right to unilaterally void or amend any bet if evidence of fraud or unusual activity is found.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

7.1 Fraud & Manipulation

  • Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
  • Using any software, bot, or automated method to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in game software for an advantage.
  • Hacking or accessing another member's account without authorization.

7.2 Money Laundering & Illegal Activities

  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
  • Conducting transactions using another person's credit card, mobile banking account, or identity.
  • Professionally managing bets on the platform on behalf of third parties.

7.3 Other Prohibited Activities

  • Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language toward other members.
  • Spreading false information against the platform or attempting to damage its reputation.
  • Using the platform's content, logo, or trademarks without written permission from sxs6s.

Account Suspension or Closure

8.1 Account Closure by sxs6s

sxs6s reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

  • Involvement in any prohibited activity described in Section 7.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
  • Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
  • If the member themselves requests self-exclusion.
  • Legal obligations or instructions from authorities.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, please contact our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Members will be notified in advance by email regarding this.

Section 9

Limits of Liability

sxs6s will not bear any liability under the following circumstances:

  • Loss in games or bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Account hacking or loss due to the member's own negligence or a third party.
  • Any circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives).
  • Loss caused by faults in third-party software or services.

sxs6s will not be liable in any case for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Privacy & Data Protection

The detailed policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of members' personal information by sxs6s is described on our Privacy Policy page. The key points are:

  • Member information is used only for service delivery, verification, and legal obligations.
  • Member information is not sold to any third party.
  • Information may be provided to authorities upon request when legally required.
  • All data is secured through SSL encryption.
